Kiko Martinez and Carl Frampton will match up on September 6 for the IBF super bantamweight title at Titanic Quarter, Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. The bout is scheduled for 12 rounds. Carl Frampton opened as a -450 favorite with the Boxing odds while Kiko Martinez was a +325 dog.

Also known as "The Jackal" Frampton was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. He is the top ranked super bantamweight from the United Kingdom and ranks fourth in the world with a career record of 18 wins in 18 bouts with a total of 13 knockout wins for his career. Frampton is coming off a knockout win over Hugo Fidel Cazares in the second round of a bout that was scheduled for a total of 12 rounds on April 4, 2014. The bout was in Belfast giving Frampton an important home town win.
