With loads of talent, a red-hot ring record (39-0-1, 29 KOs), a head of red hair to match, and a healthy sprinkling of freckles and charisma, Canelo Alvarez has captivated a nation since turning pro in 2005. He has also shown a willingness to fight on the big stage and will be putting his 154-pound title on the line for the fourth time when he squares off with future Hall of Famer Sugar Shane Mosley (46-7-1, 39 KOs) on Saturday, May 5 in Las Vegas. The date coincides with the Mexican holiday Cinco de Mayo, historically one of boxing’s most popular weekends.

“Alvarez vs. Mosley” will be part of the blockbuster “Mayweather vs. Cotto” boxing card that takes place Saturday, May 5 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will be produced and distributed live by HBO Pay-Per-View® beginning at 9:00 p.m. (ET)/6:00 p.m. (PT).

WOW! HBO -- Humbuggery Bullsh*tology Organization -- is phat with da hyperhype. I give it credit for great media manipulation of those muthasuckas born every minute and looking for something to believe in. Oh, YUP! I'm going be watching this piece on the red-headed hype. But I'm just wondering. Hehehehehe! I do jive like that. Yall know me. I'm down with O-P-P!

If a red-headed, superhyped Mexican can bring this much interest, I wonder what type of interest there would be in a blue-eyed, black-skinned, blond-headed pugilist tangling with Canelo?

Hum! Huh! Canelo versus Banelo. That's right! No syet! This Pinoy lives in Los Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. And he is just like I discribed above. But he can't fight worth syet. Canelo has the edge on him. But not by far.

Hey Don King, here is your shot! You know da deal! Hehehehe! Sorry TSSU! I just got bore for a sec, and wanted to start some international rivalry jive. Don't call! Hehehe! Canelo first has to get by sorefoot -- I mean Sugarfoot! Danggit! That will be Sugar Shane and that darn wise, ole Genie Naazim. What are they going to do?... Make Canelo's red hair turn purple or blue or sumptin' [sic]! Hehehe! Holla!
