Eubank Jr vs Yilidrim Continue WBSS 168 LB Tourney- The World Boxing Series continues its super middleweight tournament this Saturday in Germany when Chris Eubank Jr faces Avni Yilidrim.

Eubank Jr is heading to Germany to defend his IBO world super middleweight title in this one as well. The eclectic Eubank Jr is coming off his biggest win to date as he won a unanimous decision victory over long-time former champion Arthur Abraham to earn this tournament spot. As for Yilidrim, he is returning to his homebase of Germany after going 2-0 thusfar in 2017 while fighting in Mexico.

The first bout of the tournament saw England's undefeated Callum Smith stay that way as he won a unanimous decision victory over Sweden's Erik Skoglund on September 16th and the final pair of quarter-final bouts are scheduled for later in October. October 14th sees tournament #1 seed George Groves faces fellow countryman Jamie Cox in London while October 27th sees the last of the quarter-final bouts take place in Germany as Jurgen Brahmer faces Rob Brant.

Wilfried Sauerland and his Sauerland Events are the promoters of the card and ten fights in all are planned for the live event in Stuttgart. Below are the main events as they stand today, check our latest TBC report for more details.
