Re: Al Bernstein talks about what Wilder's win means to the Heavyweight Division

    Good points, Al.

There is no question that Deontay Wilder's ascension to the WBC heavyweight title has made ripples in the heavyweight division.

It will be interesting where he takes the title, how he handles himself with the fans and media and who he will make his first defense against.

Should he face Tyson Fury first? Should he take on Shannon Briggs, who has been clamoring for a beating, especially with some derogatory remarks about Wilder on Twitter?

You can hear Al Bernstein on my SiriusXM show on Monday, February 2, on SiriusXM, channel 92, at 6:30pm (ET), talking about Wilder, the heavyweight division and, of course, the stauts of Mayweather-Pacquiao.

If Showtime should be the network to land the live broadcast, Bernstein would be a major part of the announcing team.

His presence and gift for calling the action will make the long-awaited Pac-Man v Mayweather fight even more exciting.
