This fight is generating little interest, as fans give Roman ZERO shot at even making much of a fight with the windmill that's LSC.

It's time we started picking up talks about LSC v Guillermo Rigondeaux. Want a super fight at 122? This is the one. Let's stop with the LSC v Roman offerings and give us LSC v. Rigo.

It can't get better than that!

Roman has stepped up fairly big one time against Randy Caballero and lost a clear cut decision. Other than that, Roman has no recognizable names on his resume and even has a recent draw to a 1-0 fighter. In addition, recently Roman has been fighting in 6 and 8 round fights.

Santa Cruz on the other hand is a world class fighter who has dominated some pretty decent fighters of late. In March, he completely dominated former champ Christian Mijares and before that blew away Victor Terrazas and Cesar Seda. All three of those recent Santa Cruz opponents have much better credentials and are much better fighters than Roman.

Lets call this what it is and that is another Al Haymon client getting an easy showcase fight on a big stage for a decent sized paycheck.

Roman is ranked number 95 in the world. Ranked worse then Rod Salka. Thanks Al Haymon for advising your client to take this fight. Thanks Stephen Espinoza for allowing this fight, on PPV no less. Hell of a job guys.
