I hope they waste no time moving Mikey up to 135 to challenge Gamboa. That'll be an interesting matchup.

Sounds good Ultimo .... I just wish Gamboa had not lost a relevant peace of his prime securing his freedom from top rank and languishing inactive in the stable of Curtis Jackson for what seems like forever.
I don't think Gamboa will ever be the same again.

It still might get made considering the fact that Gamboa has little leverage these days..so you may still get your wish.

Mikey knocks him out in 7 rounds or less in my humble opinion.
Its sad what's happened to Gamboa... Reminds me of Kotelnik who wasted away for so long under Don Kings management that he announced his retirement.

Garcia vs Crawford, Lomanchenko or Russell would be nice too.

I'm not sure who I'd predict in that fight, Sug. I didn't watch Gamboa's last fight, but I do remember someone referring to him as "Gambora" when I read the post fight stuff so I assume he didn't look like his explosive self that night. Hopefully, he gets back to top form eventually, cuz I'd like to see how Mikey handles that type of explosive speed/power.
