Re: Mayweather vs Cotto on May 2nd?

2 rematches in the space of a year to 2 fights floyd won convincingly? I'm glad I don't have to buy seperate PPV's if I did this wouldn't be getting my money. Fighting for the MW title at 150? Get...

    Re: Canelo-Kirkland is on

Should be great fun to watch. Recently had my first burrito in London, weighed as much as a new born but they're bloody good. Canelo could make 180 easily eating those things, but 155 I don't think...

Re: Lucas Matthysse Re-Ups With Golden Boy

I feel personally Lucas is more than a B side fighter, I think he's deserving of a belt at 140 and will get one eventually and hold onto it for sometime.

Against Provodnikov? I hope he signs to...

Re: If You Could Own a Sports Franchise...

I'd be the boss of the WBC, then I'd go to my friends at the banks and buy out all the other championships, then I'd force the best to fight the best or I'm taking their belts and giving it to the...

Re: Correct Winner. Really Wrong Score

Stiverne had poor footwork tonight, he was slow on his feet for the majority of the fight and his head movement was non existent for long periods of the rounds letting Wilder use his long jab and...

    Re: Cotto-Canelo A No Go

Everyone's always been out to line their own pocket and once again a situation as ridiculous as a MW championship being contested at a catchweight 5 lb's below the official weight is allowed to...

    Re: Stiverne Wilder

Agreed they fought a good strategy and we must congratulate the new world champ. Stiverne's feet were too slow and he was forced to eat some massive shots, punches that would have flattened any other...

    Re: Stiverne Wilder

Where's the urgency from Stiverne? Where's the desire? He's shown incredible heart and chin to stay up this long but nothing's coming back towards Wilder, he's just following him around the ring with...

    Re: Stiverne Wilder

Wilder's running out of gas and so is Stiverne, looks like Wilder's going to steal the belt.

He's fighting behind a good jab but all he throws is a jab and right straight behind it.. no variety. A...

    Stiverne Wilder

All those pounds and still stiverne is hungry, he's got a tremendous chin but he's getting beat. Deontay's fighting long and behind a jab not too dissimilar from his coaches. What's the stiverne game...

    Re: Jesus Ruiz

Live it looked a little early but he got caught a lot and LSC wasn't going to stop punching until the final bell when I saw the replay. Still after this performance I would favour Quigg Frampton and...

Re: LSc just got shoe shined

A decent stoppage but probably a career best performance from Ruiz, and not a great performance from LSC to say the least.. He would get beat by Frampton, Rigo and Quigg who will no doubt be inspired...

Re: LSc just got shoe shined

Ruiz is really starting to tire but he's taking the shots well and still coming back with his own. For me LSC has only had 2 dominant rounds, a few toss ups and Ruiz has had 3 strong rounds.

    Re: Early Days

Fair stoppage, Maldonado went down heavy and if he got up he would have just gotten hurt.

Amir hits hard, he's got talent but he struggled initially adjusting to the southpaw. That said as he...

But Amir getting clocked from range by the mexican. He's finding him easily from outside and who would have thought that before the fight? Is it me or is Iman's footwork poor?

  20. Re: Wilder Weighs 219; Did The Bronze Bomber Over-Train?

Stiverne's going to break Deontay's face in for him, Deontay's will come out winging and swinging with reckless abandon as always but this time it won't be a heavy bag on the receiving end!
  21. Re: Leo Santa Cruz says he wants to make the fight with Rigondeaux happen

You're a competitor Deep, is it a numbers thing pure and simple? Is there a time where you forget about the numbers and say how about the glory? How about being able to say I defeated the guy nobody...

    Re: Canelo-Cotto Apparently Not Happening

I'm not interested in any of these Mayweather Cotto's or Pacquiao Cotto's at 160. Why? Because none of them will be at 160. Cotto didn't even win the title at 160, and he won't defend it at 160. That...
  23. Re: Wilder Weighs 219; Did The Bronze Bomber Over-Train?
