There's Nothing Magical About Manny Pacquiao's Improvement: Part 1
By Frank Lotierzo
During the lead up to Manny Pacquiao’s brilliant dismantling of Joshua Clottey, he’d received more than his share of criticism from people hinting that his blitz through the weight classes on his way to the WBO welterweight title had been assisted by various forms of chemical help. I think that the reason for Pacquiao’s being able to retain and even augment his effectiveness is far less mysterious, although much more rare, than his detractors might realize. Manny Pacquiao is one of the very few boxers in the sport’s history able to make dramatic improvements after attaining star status, during the very late stages of his prime.
In some circles, this is seen as a kind of magic. But there’s nothing magical about it. It’s now apparent that Pacquiao is not only one of the most physically gifted fighters we’ve seen in years, he’s also one of the smartest. As he’s had to take on increasingly large opponents, there’s been an inverse proportion in the balance between physical advantage and strategic superiority.
Pacquiao had already been a champion and was a world class fighter when he lost a decision to Erik Morales in 2005. He was good enough to fight on better than even terms with the likes of Marco Antonio Barrera and Juan Manuel Marquez. That he was able to do this as an essentially one handed brawler with bad balance was a real testament to both his power and his fighting heart. But trainer Freddie Roach understood that, without further technical development, especially as he moved up in weight, Pacquiao was going to reach a point of diminishing returns, and would be getting into tougher and tougher fights. Considering that he’d already engaged in a series of taxing encounters, it would be crucial for Manny to learn new skills.
This is the point where Pacquiao’s uniqueness really began to manifest itself. Instead of assuming that what he’d always done would be enough to carry him at the elite level (he was, after all, both a champion and a star), he dedicated himself to learning a repertoire of added techniques. With some things, he had to go back to the drawing board and start with the basics. That he was humble enough to do that tells you a lot about his character.
Although Pacquiao was a fantastic natural fighter, as a southpaw he had relied too heavily on the great power from his left hand. His right was severely underdeveloped. Even though it had power, Manny really didn’t know how to deliver with it, and he couldn’t use it to set up combinations. He threw lots of punches, but seldom put them together in tactical sequence. Furthermore, his footwork and balance were adequate at best for a fighter of his accomplishment.
Starting with his 2007 rematch with Marco Antonio Barrera, we started to see steady improvement in every facet of Pacquiao’s game. By the time he took on Juan Manuel Marquez in 2008, he was able to engage a complete boxer/puncher in an exciting twelve round strategically sophisticated war - a chess match played out with high powered weaponry. His punches were now thrown straight. His right jab and hook were both solid weapons and he was capable of moving in and out quickly while maintaining excellent balance.
Three months later he was even better, taking on David Diaz for the WBC title in his first fight at lightweight. Diaz wasn’t anywhere close to being in Pacquiao’s league, but he was a strong, durable guy whose only previous loss had come to the murderously hard punching Kendall Holt at junior welterweight. Pacquiao administered a truly brutal beating to Diaz, systematically breaking him down, judging distance magnificently, remaining nearly untouchable, staying patient, and hurting Diaz throughout all nine rounds before firing off a perfect combination that left him lying in a pool of blood.
Like many, I assumed that 135 pounds was about as far north as Pacquiao could travel while remaining effective. His frame didn’t seem suited to carrying much more weight, even taking into account his junior middleweight legs. And it’s at about this point that Manny Pacquiao stopped being seen as a fighter and started being looked on as a mythical being. It’s where his detractors began to question how what he was accomplishing was humanly possible, and where his supporters began to attribute super human powers to him.
But, as I say, what happened next with Pacquiao isn’t mysterious at all. It’s just nearly unprecedented. Moving into the welterweight division, Pacquiao appeared to be punching harder than ever. The ability to do this runs contrary to conventional boxing logic. And, in fact, it wasn’t what was happening; appearances can often be deceiving.
What was really happening was that Pacquiao was now facing slower moving, less complete, and even possibly shot fighters. If you add in his recently acquired ability to throw punches in strategic combination and his newly found leverage, it’s no wonder that what he was landing was causing tremendous damage. He wasn’t actually punching any harder; he was just punching more effectively. And he was now punching the right guys.
Because I didn’t regard either Oscar De La Hoya or Ricky Hatton as legitimate barometers of Pacquiao’s progress (it was evident as soon as they stepped into the ring that both were shot), I thought of Miguel Angel Cotto as the first genuine test of how Pacquiao was faring at a higher weight. He looked great fighting Cotto. Initially, it appeared that taking shots from a hard punching, bigger guy might give him problems. But, by using his legs a lot in the first couple of rounds, in combination with being aggressive, Manny had things well under control by the third round. From that point on, Cotto’s style couldn’t have been better suited to Pacquiao. Too slow, too confused by the angles of Pacquiao’s punches, and too damaged from previous fights, Cotto was a sitting duck, taking a horrific beating until being rescued in the last round.
In spite of how impressive the win was, there was still a small lingering doubt as to how Manny would do against an undiminished, big, powerful, impervious-to-punches welterweight in his prime. Beating Joshua Clottey convincingly would erase any questions about how completely Manny Pacquiao had transformed into a viable welterweight champion.
It was in this fight that Pacquiao showed every aspect of the lessons he’d learned since 2005. Without even scoring a knockdown, he fought the greatest fight of his life. Using a spellbinding combination of power, accuracy, footwork, hand and foot speed, aggression, and boxing skills, Pacquiao made a previously indomitable opponent give up within three rounds. Things grew so one sided that it was soon obvious Pacquiao was trying to make Clottey commit to anything. The only possible chance he had to accomplish that was to give Clottey some free shots. Joshua was just too freaked out to take them. He was being hurt constantly, he was scared, and he had no answers. He steadfastly refused to take the bait.
There are guys who'd have been content to take the easy decision. Even though he didn’t get it, don’t think that Manny wasn’t looking for the knockout all night long. He didn't take dumb risks, but there wasn't a moment when he wasn't trying to make something happen. That's just one more thing that makes him a great, great fighter.
Manny Pacquiao is at his very best at this point in time. He is a fighter who had rough edges and weak spots even after he was a world champion, even after he’d beaten fellow greats. But, through hard work, good advice, diligence, and sound scouting by Freddie Roach, and a willingness to address his own liabilities, those rough edges and weak spots no longer exist. He’s clearly the best fighter in the world.
Any fighter is beatable, and someone will beat Manny Pacquiao someday. But for the moment, it’s hard to imagine who that fighter will be.

That title: "There's Nothing Magical About Manny Pacquiao's Improvement" XD!!!!!!!!!! Even though the R word and the P word is not wrote, it clearly shows a particular issue that STILLS lingers in Lotierzo's mind......isn't that right? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! Bottomline Lotierzo, put Pacquiao against a slick boxer, then we can talk if he has improved or not. As long as he keeps fightin' guys that try to KO Pacquiao and not box him smartly, we'll still be watchin' the same thin'. It's all base on styles. OK, now I'm done. Adiiiiuuussss!

Is it possible that F-Lo and R-Bo are playing cheerleader for each side, maybe on purpose? Or are we just lucky to be set up with these little provocations, so we can jump in and have one helluva comment-brawl? I mean, I like what Frank says, and how he says it, and I think R-Bo's best days are way behind him, but still, these are juicy little editorials that make us jump, right? With or without the bait at the end, I think he really sums up the Pac issue. He is a better fighter, by far, than he was five years ago, technically speaking. There's no juice in the world for that. Just humility, talent, and hard work with a great trainer.

I hear on the writers' stuff, and I hear you on the stuff they do to keep us brawlin' here, but what I ain't buyin' is your last sentences. It doesn't matter what his fans say, Pacquiao made a mistake in not submittin' to those tests. I really have serious doubts if "humility, talent, and hard work" are the only things helpin' him. Before the Floyd negotiations I would've said, not a chance, but now, I have my doubts.

Good Article Frank. HBO will never put Clottey on PPV again. I shared many of your same perspectives with my family and friends. As far as displaying his arsenal, this was Manny's Greatest Display of his Talents. I saw the fight at Texas Stadium, Came home watched the DVR and have already made a DVD of the event, thus I've seen the fight seven times already. Each Time I watch it, I am more convinced that Manny will hang with Mayweather much better than JMM did, due to the improvements you listed. Sometimes its not always about the Highlight but the artwork in front of you. I still believe that Troy Aikman's best game as a Cowboy was not in a Super Bowl but in a NFC Conference Game that the Cowboys lost to the 49ers, just for the pure heart, courage and work he put into making the comeback and getting hit over and over again but never giving up. Manny's opponent was reluctant and dug in like an alabama tick, he could have just floated for eight rounds, but instead still worked his tail off to produce something, anything, and that I can respect.

STILL NO TEST... SCARE OF NEEDLES... OPTS TO LOOSE MILLIONS FACING CLOTTEY... GETS CRITICIZE BY BOXING EXPERTS... AND LOOKS TOO DOMINATING IN HIGHER DIVISIONS.... first human ever to accomplish this?.... and you want us to take his word for it? One good article won't change anything... he has lots of explaining to do... or testing... that's it!!!... just test and show the world you are the greatest of all time... one series of random testing.... that will do. ::::: WRITERS ::::: You want to make a fair assessment on this issue??? Grab the phone and call those living legends like Hearns, Duran, Leonard, Gomez, etc. and ask them if they will test for 40 millions and bring the fans the mega fight. They can tell better than us.

Excellent analysis. Speed kills, especially when you are facing fighters bigger and slower than you. With the angles he gives, upper body movement, and improved balance, Pacquiao is a complete fighter. It's interesting that people talk about how Manny might be using PEDs, but both he and Mayweather were 106 lb fighters back in 1995. Both of them are now true welterweights, so they have both gained 40 lbs in the same time frame; why doesn't anyone accuse Mayweather of using PEDs? I don't think Floyd has used any, and I don't think Manny has either. Pacquiao was a malnourished 16 year old kid when he turned pro at 106; his body has naturally adjusted over the last 15 years. I think it says a lot about Pacquiao's desire that he didn't rest on his laurels once he became a world class fighter and strove to be something special. He certainly has done that.

Good post, there are different theories it all depends who you ask, about Pacquiao sick punching power, Pacquiao is not even a junior welterweight, he is lightweight, he can easily make 135 lbs with same power, he is doing the all you can eat during training, tell me is that normal? Roach is got him fighting at welterweight to even out the punching power he has, There is absolutely nobody that can take a punch from him at 135 lbs right now, which is the weight he should be fighting without draining himself. Lots more questions would be asked if he fight JMM at 135 and blitz him in 2 round, Roach would say, we trained harder this time, Pacquiao enormous jump in strenght warrants suspicion, comparing the jump from weight in Pacquiao and Mayweather is not the same EVER, mayweather is a slick boxer who avoids banging if he needs, just like whitaker, had good punch in the lighter division, move up in weight, but did not carry the puching power unlike Pacquiao who can hit like a middleweight at 135 lbs, not accusing him, just warrants suspicion..

Mannys incredible work ethic during training before a fight is his secret along with some good genes.
The body builds up muscle tissue based on what it needs. With the constant drills and manic determination of Manny to perform beyond endurance, his body has become a highly tuned fighting machine that can operate on automatic based on the prescribed strategy devised by Master Boxing Guru Freddie Roach.

Manny is a Great Fighter, the Opinions of Julio Caesar Chavez, Mike Tyson, Bernard Hopkins (Who called him a Ferrari) Roy Jones Jr and even Sugar Ray Leonard all pay high respects to him... Your Hatred of Him is Delusional. The Blood Tests for HGH are USELESS...The Test has been Given for Years to Millions of Athletes and only last Month..Did one test Positive...British Rugby Player Terry Newton. The reason why Floyd is not thought about it (Other than the Xylocaine childish joke) it's cuz his style is not base on power pujnchin' , nor aggressiveness. Fighters like Floyd, Whitaker, Ali that are defined by skills, defense, speed, weavin' and dodgin' are more prone to be successful at higher weights. But power punchin' dudes like Pacquiao, Trinidad, and Valero and such, they do get sloppy and lose their power as they go up. That's why Pacquiao's in people's minds regardin' PEDs. I myself, don't mind AT ALL that he's KOing bigger dudes at 140 and 147lbs. I don't mind that. What makes me wonder is not his weight or power, is his refusal to prove himself clean, while Floyd was ready, willin' and able to take whatever tests they put on him. That's the difference.

Pussy Floyd will keep on running while Clottey will keep on hiding in his turtle shell defense.. Gayweather would probably break his brittle little fists on Clottey's bowling ball of a head :)

fear is a powerful tool, its also a very very hard enemy to face.
floyd lives in fear specially inside the ring. his fears keep him from being defensive and counterpunching. but if his defense falls apart will we see him deteriorate like dela hoya fight against manny?
rolling shoulder maybe very good but to who's opponent, cotto, clottey, mosley, williams, margarito or manny? its never been tested on tough opponents, so i myself wants to see floyd fight not only against manny but most of boxers waiting inline. if you think he claims he has the best defense and counter punching, then lets test him. i dont want to base his skills on previous fights knowing most of them are cherry picked for good show of skills.
if floyd only manage a split decision with dela hoya, how much more manny destroying dela hoya to submission.
if floyd took 10 rounds to knock hatton down, manny knock hatton twice in 1st round then put him to sleep in round 2.
and if manny faced and destroyed cotto, floyd yet still needs to face cotto and the rest of the welterweights he needs to fight in order to be called the best. lets see if his skills will do good against all of them.
Mayweather talks with his mouth, Pacquiao talks with his fists...

This is a very factual analysis of Pacquiao's enigma. Some people, especially those fighters directly in line with Pacquiao's compteting level, just cannot accept those glaring facts and come up with some voo-doo assumptions. Pacquiao's successful performances were attributable to his dedication to the sport of boxing through sheer hard work and maybe a gift to be extraordinary. Let's all get back down to earth and start enjoying the sport and promote it the way it should be promoted, not with innuendoes or gossip or jealousy inspired. People seem to twist stories to get hits in their websites and this is the trend nowadays. Let's weed out these sites and don't publish rubbish articles just for the sake of freedom of expression but for the sake of advancing the sport. I don't see how Steriods and other illegal PEDs can give Pacquiao better balance and faster hands. I don't see those drugs helping Pacquiao KO Hatton in 2 instead of 10. Hatton made a mistake and got hit with a perfectly thrown left over-hand shot, as simple as that, but Mayweather equates it as having downed a gallon of steroids. Steroids will not make you a sharp shooter, nor will it make you a superman. A good number of bodybuilders and weightlifters have experimented with steroids and all of them lost except the winner, which only says that steroids is ineffective. To cut it short, read Frank Lotierzo's article above a FEW times to see reality. Pacquiao himself calls his wins "LUCKY", take it from the horse's mouth!
One day he will be beat and while the run is hot enjoy it!

There are ordinary and naturally gifted fighters, MP I believe is,despite of his natural talents is still hungry for improvements to the next level of boxing science and I think he almost perfected it to his advantage. But few people can't accept his tremendous achievement in his chosen field of occupation because they are judging it in their own perspective w/o considering potencial talents that has being developed through dedication, hardwork and constant practice. Facts for you:
- Pacquiao did not refused on drug testing...He agreed on, as long is it's mandated by the commission which is 24 days and RIGHT AFTER THE FIGHT (which is as good as random testing)
- Mayweather chickened out eventhough Ellerbe and Schaefer agreed on it at their final negotiation.
CONCLUSION:
Pacquiao doesn't want to be push around by anybody especially if the intention is to gain advantage from him as he is the current king. He doesn't fight for money (as most people here who doubt him why he let the 20M fight go). It's about honor people.. which most of you don't have here.

this is a fair article, an accurate account of the development of the finest fighter if his generation. many of those who accuse of manny of using PEDs are either just jealous of his accomplishments, or just plain ignorant. i don't quite understand the argument that "this guy is so good... he must be on something!". manny is undoubtedly the best fighter of his time, but he is not the best fighter of all time. manny would have certainly lost to duran at lightweight and leonard at welterweight, and maybe pryor or chavez at junior welterweight. forget about the great sugar ray robinson. let us just give credit where it is due. and just appreciate the greatness while he is still active.

I am reminded of Roberto Duran who was trained by the legendary Ray Arcel and Freddie Brown who transformed him from a crude but strong fighter to one of the greatest of all time, a boxer-puncher who was great inside slipping punches and countering with skills that most would not understand or appreciate. Manny is at about the same stage of his career as the Duran that beat Leonard and althought different stylistically he is better conditioned overall since he does not blow up between fight so much in weight as Duran did. Pacquiao is the best fighter around today and Scareweather will never fight him.

p.s. I am glad that Pacquiao couldn't knock Clottey out even with Clottey's passive performance. It is obvious from watching that fight that Pacquiao tried his BEST to do so but came short, Not even with steroids can Pacquiao knock Clottey out. But I can see now why Floyd will be confused and might get caught if he doesn't clam up like Clottey. After the fight Pacquiao still registered a half full in his gas gauge, enough to take on a fresh fighter.

What i learned is that Pacman cannot hurt a true welterweigh , imagine Floyd or Mosley, Berto or even Bradley bigger stronger and they will trow alot of hard punches, he looked too small in front of Clothey but clothey was there to losse, because he is slower and i think he got paid to losse, even against Margo or cotto he trew alot of punches and against Pacman no, he was there to losse,Holla......

@ANONY, Yeah Correct no RANDOM test... just imagine if they both random blood test every other day starting on their training day... what kind of fight they gonna show us come fight night? Do you think they are both mentally and physically prepared come fight night? Why Floyd did not accept the 3 random blood test? 1 after press conference, 1 on or before 24 days and 1 right after the fight? the first two is gonna like a surprise or unschedule testing... tell me why Floyd did not accept that proposal from Pacquiao's Team???

i agree. many boxing wana be fans were disappointed because they expected a knockout. well, that isnt boxing at all. the best fights are mental and strategic. good point
my only fear is this. manny pacquiao has taken the worst punches from clottey and cotto and was unfazed. he also beat up those two fighters relentlessly. now, i am convinced floyd will not fight pacquiao
he knows pacquaio will punish him till he drops, not only losses but gets KO'd.
this is one thing i have to tell you about filipino character. the Pinoy is very patient, but do not accuse him of anything. especially never dishonor him. face is so important to pinoy culture.
pacquiao will kill floyd to shut his mouth. maybe a slow death in the ring,,,that i know.

It's a fact that it is virtually impossible to knock out a big, strong fighter with a good chin and is good defensively holding his hands up in a tight shell like Clottey did. If a guys is unwilling to engage and just wants to survive all you can do is take what he gives you. Pacquiao did everything to try to get the guy to open up out of his defensive shell including offering him some free shots but he wouldnt do it he just wanted to survive. If you think that Pacquiao cannot hurt a true welterweight you should not be commenting on boxing. Find a new sport.

Frankly, one of the best analyses in years.
You have to add the poverty dimension into Pacquiao's gain in weight. When Pacquiao started he was so poor he was malnurished. (His guts to get paid by fighting was his salvation.) Americans and people in the developed countries CANNOT RELATE to this circumstances and NEVER WILL unless they go out and see these places themselves. So you have Pacquiao whose burning desire to feed himself and his family honed a vaunting left hand weapon that was good enough for a couple of world titles until he found Freddie Roach. Even in the early years with Roach he was still living in economically tight situation. He was still thinking like the poor guy who slept on cardboards. Later he slowly adapted to a healthy nourishment that is BASIC in developed countries.

PAC is willing to take the random test but not on Fraud's own term.Remember PAC said he will undergo random testing up to 24days before the fight and a test right after the fight. Golden Boy and Fraud's manager agreed on that terms but Fraud was not. So, who killed the fight. the Only thing that TEAM PAC wanted is for Fraud not to bully his way in the nego. They are willing to negotiate for as long as there is a fair nego. Fraud suddenly backout when he learned that fight might happen in Dallas and later on we found out why. Negotiate fairly and in diplomatic way.

Pac's power hasn't necessarily gone up, as F-Lo suggests. He decimated smaller guys, back when they were also smaller and quicker, and when Pac wasn't throwing his punches with as much accuracy, focus, or in combination. He tore Morales apart after the first fight; badly hurt Marquez; chopped up Barrera. And - he hurt Clottey worse than anyone has ever hurt him. Watch the fight again. As for you 'roid ragers: PEDs don't give you better skills. Better skills can take raw speed and power, and make them lethal. There is simply no justification for the PED hypothesis. It is all explained better by more intelligent, less hateful, suspicion-based reasoning applied to simpler, more plausible facts.

Anony, you need to stop my brother. Cotto lost to a better fighter. The only reason you are even questioning Manny is because the Mayweather's have. But the Mayweather's (nor their fans) can't reconcile the two main premises of their position: Why, if ODLH, Hatton and Cotto are shot made-to-order fighters, Manny's achievements are so exceptional that he must be 'on something'. If you are beating shells of former greats, what's the big deal? In other words, what is it that Manny has achieved that warrants accusations of enhancements. You can't have it both ways. If Manny's feats are so insignificant, why all the fuss. And if they are significant (and Oscar, Hatton and Cotto are to be respected), then let's give him his props. Let's face it, other great smaller men have lost early in their careers and come on stronger with age and experience. Armstrong and Arguello were both dropped early and look at their careers. Armstrong was the equivalent of a junior featherweight and he ended his career destroying middleweights. Duran destroyed Davey Moore at 154 and dropped Barkley at 160. Leonard stopped and dropped Lalonde twice at 168. Hearns, a chinny 147 pounder, kod Dennis Andries and dropped him 4 times at 175. Michael Spinks almost killed Gerry Cooney at heavyweight. Cooney was 240. Spinks was like 205. Oscar stopped Vargas at 154 remember. And Tito beat the beejeezus out of William Joppy at 160. So Manny is great. What is so hard about accepting that. It should make Cotto's loss even more palatable. At least he tried.

So many boxers are so jealous of pacman accusing him of using ped. Remember that pacquiao agreed to be tested 24 days before the fight and immidiately after the fight, does it mean that after the fight those ped will not be detected? The best time to take the test is immidieately after the fight. The pacman did not refuse the test which his detractors are claiming. One thing is clear pacman agreed to be tested!

Accusations must be considered by looking at who made them. Floyd fought JMM who was moving up from 130. Marquez was an excellent puncher at lower weights. Then went up to 135 and KO'ed two guys who had never been KO'ed before. And then...in order to fight Floyd...he put on 10 pounds of artificial weight, drank his own piss and ate raw quail eggs. How come Floyd didn't he ask him to take anything but the standard test. Every ask why? Simple. Floyd didn’t ask Marquez to take the test because he knew Marquez could NOT beat him. Here's another one: Why didn't Floyd feel the need to demand a blood test from Ricky Hatton when he leg pressed over 500 lbs on HBO. That's a whole lotta iron for a 140 pounder; a suspiciously high amount some might say. But not Floyd. I think you should rest the PED accusations until the man that fights exclusively in a state that allows Xylocaine comes forward with proof otherwise. Because from what I have be seeing, Manny fights all comers and is on his way to clearing out a division that Floyd presumably reigned when he 'retired'.

First of all, like I've been repeatin' over and over again, it's not the accusations that stimulate my doubts. It was Pacquiao's own refusal to take tests. Regardless of who was accussin' him, it was HIS decision to turn down those tests. Look, I wasn't listenin' to anythin' Floyd Sr was sayin' when he started sayin' this stuff. I first considered him a sore loser for the Hatton fight and I thought Pacquiao was gonna shut his big mouth once he took the tests and prove to the World he was clean. But he didn't. His idolizers will bring the "religio" stuff, the "integrity", and all the stuff that I don't buy for the essencial reason: a True CLEAN athlete NEVER refuses to take any test, any time, any day, any how. As simple as that. I'm sorry, but I nor Anony, nor anybody expressin' doubts (Which whether you like it or nor Fe'ROZ. we are in our rights to do so and with valid reasons) don't have evidence that he id usin' anythin', HOWEVER neither do you, nor any Paclover for that matter know 100% that he is not. Until he is caught, or until he submits to testin' that are much more sophisticated than those urine tests that for FACTS: #1 they DO NOT detect all the stuff out there (Like HGH for example) and #2 Have been cheated before, anybody can have and express his opinion about it. As simple as that. Pacquiao simply SHOULD HAVE taken those tests. I was waitin' on that, and I was alost sure he was going to.

Why Pacman refuses blood test and $40Million ??
1. Pacman does not need the money, it’s Fraud Moneymayweather who needs it (yet he calls himself money). Fraud is broke and has nothing to turn to but boxing..Pacman is a businessman, actor, singer, lots of endorsements, etc..
Pacman is a god in the Phils., you need to live their to understand this.
2. Honor, pride, integrity and principle (cultural difference) – most Fraud fans won’t understand this.
3. Pacman is the champ, lb. For lb. King, Fighter of the Decade, etc.. who is Fraud to dictate his terms. Let the commission change it if he wants..This is pro-boxing not olympics which is only every 4 yrs. Thus athletes are only tested then unlike pros.
4. Look at the physique and weight of Manny in the last 5 years and it’s clear he’s all natural.. He started at 106 lbs. Just like Fraud and look at Fraud’s body type!!
Pacman is fighting in his ideal weight and not drain himself anymore.. he has improved his boxing skill..
5. Innocent until proven guilty !! just because these family of retards accuses someone, and Fraud fans believe them! It just goes to show what kind of fans you are !! morons..low-class..
Note: Fraud the duck, chicken Mayweather is simply scared, he knows he has not power to k.o. the Pacman and he won’t win on points either by playing too much defense. Look at the best 20 – 30 fights of both fighters and compare !! quality of opposition and how he won them.. Fraud fought has been/washed up fighters and class b fighters.. simplee….his only ko above 140lbs.?? Asking Hatton to move up, that’s it??

It really makes me laugh at the posters here that are in denial and can't accept the fact that Manny has evolved into a mean fighting machine, at the top of his game, and the "MAN" in this sweet science as many come to call it. Frank, the author, made an excellent job in enumerating the reasons why Manny has become the best fighter in the world. No PED. JUICE, XYLOCAINE and use of such chemical can do what Manny has achieved. Let me remind doubters again that Manny did not oppose being tested for PEDS but for Mayweather's demand for certain "window" to get tested. Manny also agreed to be tested immediately after the fight. Let me remind you again that Manny is the champion and Floyd doesn't even have a current belt. Heck, he retired and on his first comeback fight, he cheated by coming in overweight to impose his mass on JMM. He is not to dictate to the Champ if you ask me. There is an organization in Nevada that does the testing and Floyd is just a fighter. And if for a minute, you believe that Floyd really wants to clean the sport of boxing, I also have a gold bar to sell you for only ten dollars. These Pac Haters are just pathetic. Your comments are laughable. Can't blame you to be emotional but back it up with honest rational thinking and facts. You see??!! This is the BS stuff I don't buy: "1. Pacman does not need the money, it’s Fraud Moneymayweather who needs it", "2 . Honor, pride, integrity and principle (cultural difference)" 3 "3. Pacman is the champ, lb. For lb. King, Fighter of the Decade, etc" ..................those are the stuff his lovers use to defend him that only little kids would believe. Makin' him play the role of mother Teresa that refuses money. Yeah, he doesn't need money........................ YEAH RIGHT!!!! Being a fighter under Bob Arum he doesn't need money?, Please! Tell some kid in The Philippines that story, but don't tell it to me. Arum takes a LOT of his fighters purse, that's the first thing. The second thing, no matter what is, THIS is what will make him the most money in his life. People bring the actor, singin' stuff and all, but Truth is it's BOXING that puts food on the table and gives him the life he has. I just read his concert was canceled for poor sales in Texas. I also heard he's a terrible actor. Bottomline, boxin' will always be the main source of his income. So don't come to me with that "Oh-he's-not-keen-to-money" BS argument, cuz I don't believe that (Nor anybody with intelligence for that matter). The other thing is: so what if he's the P4P, or Champion or whatever? So being P4P makes him excluded from laws? No. And finally about his physique and all, there are many theories provin' both ways. There are many explanations of why he's doin' all thise stuff he's doin' insinunatin' he is on roids, and there are other explanations sayin' he's not and why all he does is natural (Not a lot would believe, I don't mind. I don't mind at all that he's KOing everybody). None of those points convince me at all.

Reply to SALT lover: I disagree with your blame that Pacquiao's refusal equates to guilty. Pacman WAS and IS NOT against drug testing, in fact he agreed to have his blood taken 14 days before and right after the fight. Isn't that enough?? Do YOU know of a drug that will disappear right after the fight? Pacquiao's refusal stemmed from him not wanting Floyd to dictate the terms as if Pacman is the challenger. Pacquiao IS the welter champion and Mayweather is only the challenger. Let's turn the question around, why would Mayweather turn down 27 million dollars by demanding his version of drug testing? All he had to do was abide by the Commission rules and fight and he could have earned $27M! Mayweather just squandered $27M by making it harder to fight. Mayweather should campaign against drugs universally, not only in boxing. I doubt if Mayweather would do that because, who knows, relatives and friends might kill him.

Again, where do I write Pacquiao's guilty? I'm just sayin' his refusal produce DOUBTS. I never said Pacquiao's guilty. But when a man refuses (Be it for anybody's terms) to prove his innoncence, there's plenty of room for doubts. No clean athlete refuses to prove his clean and innocent like he did. Second, the steroids can be used durin' TRAININ' and not durin' fights. If the person does know the schedule of testin' (Which is what he asked for) there can be made a cleansin' process to retreat the subtance from his body. Remember that if he is usin' anythin' it's possible he's usin' them in TRAININ' not in fights. So the tests right after the fight, no. It doesn't convince me. 14 days before it does, but last I heard Floyd agreed to a 14 days before the fight testin' and still was refused. If Pacquiao accepted it, I don't know. Roach said they did, I don't know. And about Floyd, dude, if you don'tknow if your opponent is usin' somethin', it's smart for some people not to engage is stuff like.

Try answering these questions. One, why would Floyd, who just last year owed his purse to the IRS, ask Pacquiao ....and no other fighter in his past 40 fights.... to meet a standard of his choosing and ...here's the rub...blow HIS chance at a payday that he by all public accounts sorely needs. Remember, it was Floyd's, not Manny's, last minute negotiating tactic/demand that ruined HIS OWN chance to earn 40 million dollar MINIMUM. And another similar purse for a rematch. That's potentially 80 million. Who would do that? Or should I ask the second question first. Why ask Manny to submit to an extra ordinary test if, in Floyd's own words, Oscar, Ricky and Cotto were already beaten and shot. Oh, and please while you are at it explain why he didn't ask JMM to submit to tests after asking him TO GO UP to 144, especially after watching him drink his piss. Floyd knew Marquez was doing every crazy thing possible to move up for the money, why no demand for a test right then. I'll await those specific answers. Anony, feel free to throw down.

Look, dudes, I ALWAYS go with the facts. I'm not tryin' to make Pacquiao look like the PEDs user, and I'm not sayin' he' usin' anythin'. I'm just goin' with what I see and what I think. It simply doesn't make sense when somebody refuses to prove his innocence, being for the circumstances that be. If I was a boxer and the clan of my potential opponent start sayin' stuff to me about whether if I'm usin' PEDs or doin' somethin' wrong, I, for my part, would GLADLY do anythin' that they feel happy to prove I'm not doin' PEDs or cheatin'. If random blood tests is what they want, then random blood testin' it is. I have no problem, and I'm sure everybody will agree. Yes, even the ones that are defendin' Pacquiao (Which I know ya'll deny to make your statement make sense, but I know it's True). There's nobody who would NOT ENJOY the satisfaction of shuttin' doubters and accusers' mouths off, and prove the World your innocence. I don't care what people say, I don't care what his countrymen say, and I don't care what his FANATICS say, True clean athletes don't do that. I could be wrong, but it's the way I see the stuff. If it was Floyd refusin' to take tests to prove he's not cheatin', then I would definitely question him and doubt he's clean. About the Xylocaine stuff, that makes me laugh when his haters bring that stuff, cuz first of all compared to PEDs, Xylocaine is not universally ilegal, and second it doesn't help him in speed, nor power. It's just to protect his hands from breakin'. And that I already knew a decade ago (Watch the HBO broadcast of Mayweather-Castillo I. Even Floyd admitted usin' it in front of the cameras, so what?). Look, with all the honesty, I WISH Pacquiao was not usin' PEDs. Seriously, I would be pissed off if he is usin' that stuff, cuz this is the sport I love and I would be enraged if I find out the Nevada State Athletic Commission (Which has failed to catch cheaters before and it's a FACT) miserably made itself look ridiculous after it has defended the Filipino from usin' illegal subtances, and I would happily thow an egg in the face of Keith Kizer. I'm not like the 90% of the Pacquiao world. I go with my MIND and I go for the FACTS. I don'tgo into what benefits Floyd and damages Pacquiao. Sure, Floyd Mayweather Jr is my favorite fighter, sometimes I joke and I play aroun', but when it all comes down to it, it's the FACTS and the Truth that matters, not my heart. Just liek my analysis of the Pacquiao-Clottey fight where I, from my understandin', denied the notion that the fight was fixed, and acknowledge that Pacquiao was simply too much for Clottey. That's how it is.

Why not doubt Mayweather's confidence and seriousness, since he turned down 27 million dollars because a smaller man who has never been doubted before refused to do what he ordered him to do? A clean athlete will take any test, any time? Bull! A clean athlete doesn't need to follow the orders of his adversary. But: Again: Pac agreed to a more stringent testing regimen than any pro commission requires. It wasn't good enough for Floyd, who felt it was not safe to fight Pac, so he "Money" sacrificed 27 million dollars rather than accept an already highly rigorous testing protocol, and fight a guy he was really antsy about. Got a joke for you. Guy goes up to a beautiful woman in a bar. Says, will you go to my room and do everything I want sexually for 40 million dollars? She says, sure. Guy says, I misspoke, will you come to my room and do everything I want for 40 bucks? She says, what the h--- do you think I am? Manny Pacquaio could and did easily decide not to meet Mayweather's demands and walk away from the enormous payday it promised. Why? Because he's a global star and brand with beaucoup options. He just made north of 12 million last Saturday. Let's say to be conservative, he made 15,000,000. Throw in the sponsorships he will now sign contracts for (his Nike Billboard is all over LA) and bang bang ... as Lampley would say...he's upwards of at least 20 million. And it's not even April. By the time he fights again, with the purse almost sure to be higher, he's way past 40 and still going. Manny is the Money man today. He can fight anybody and with his style in the ring make a fortune. With his charisma, grace and humility outside of the ring, Floyd will never see the kind of Money Manny is going to make. So ask yourselves, why would Floyd, if he was so sure manny was KOing bums, risk and lose the chance to fight and beat a man, who can tell him to take a flying f#@k and make as much or more his own way? Bunch of Losers are crying with your article, Lotierzo. I don't know why they have to personally take the beatings that were intended to Manny's opponents. Their last card is Floyd who is hiding behind his unstable drug alibis shield.

Answerin' those questions don't prove nothin', Fe'ROZ: Why Floyd demanded those tests is somethin' that we are goin' to find out. I don't know why. The second answer is maybe cuz nobody came from 106lbs and started KOing people at 140lbs, 147lbs, be it that the opponents were shot or not; nobody has done that (This would also answer the Juan Manuel Marquez question, besides compare JMM'spower to Pacquiao,s there's a huge difference and JMM came from bigger Weightclasses). Perhaps Floyd and his gang were suspicious of that. Dude, this people have been in boxin' longer that (I might even dare to say) you and I have been alive. They talk all the stuff nobody listens too, but these dudes KNOW boxin'. Or maybe perhaps they KNOW that Pacquiao is usin' PEDs and the testin' is a way to say it to the public. Those questions are this point don't prove anythin', Fe'ROZ and the answer to them is very early to know. Perhaps if Floyd beats Mosley and the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight is official THEN you'll have your answers.

OK Fe'ROZ. Since things are like you say they are, then let's all wish Bob Arum, Roach, Ariza, Konkcz and the 15 dudes that surround him all the time all live happy with his earnings. Hehehehehe, it doesn't work like that, man. These people lose their money and fast, yes includin' Floyd, he returned for a reason. And sayin' "Floyd (Or anybody for that matter) will never see the kind of Money Manny is going to make" is condescendin' and heart talkin. That's somethin' you nor anybody knows.

Other great smaller men have lost early in their careers and come on stronger with age and experience. Henry Armstrong and Alexis Arguello were both dropped early and look at their careers. Armstrong was the equivalent of a junior featherweight and he ended his career destroying middleweights. Duran destroyed Davey Moore at 154 and dropped Iran Barkley at 160. Ray Leonard stopped and dropped Lalonde twice at 168. Hearns, he of fragile chin at 147, Koed Dennis Andries and dropped him 4 times at 175. Michael Spinks almost killed Gerry Cooney at heavyweight. Cooney was 240. Spinks was like 205. Oscar stopped Vargas at 154 remember. And Tito beat the beejeezus out of William Joppy at 160. So Manny is great. What is so hard about accepting that Manny is exceptional. it's not like he's completely re-written history

Dude, you're not readin' me: I myself don't have a problem that Pacqui..........................dude, look, I don't care if Pacquiao KO's the statue of liberty of NYC. That is not the case in my understandin'. If the dude does have exceptional power and can do somethin' in history that nobody has ever done.......FINE! GREAT! Let him do sall this stuff........but TAKE THE TESTS! Prove that you are clean, but be flexible about it. Sayin' when to take tests is not valid cuz there's an OBVIOUS point for the tests to be random. It's like me sayin': "OK, I'm gettin' in that drugstore and I'll prove I'm not stealin' anythin', but you all have to tell when and where the cops are gonna be aroun', if not then forget it". No point at all! That's my understandin'. What I just wrote answerin' your question is about the Mayweathers. Since they said: "Nobody comes mediocre at 25 and then becomes great" That's what they said, so that's why I answered you about the 106lbs and KOing 147lbs fighters. But not me. If the dude is doin' that then great. It's not his power and weight that makes me doubt. And also, it's not just the Mayweathers there are other fighters too questionin' this, the thing is that nobody has the big mouth these people have.

actually, it's not my heart talking. It's my experience in business that tells me that it is just as important to play the game outside of the ring as it is inside. Let me ask you: If you had a global product and you wanted an athlete's image to help you brand it, who would you choose?. The most talented athlete ...or the most talented with the public persona that is appealing and presents the least risk. You would choose the latter and so will every business looking to deploy their marketing assets intelligently. So it's not my heart at all. It's my mind. and my eyes. Look up the most highly paid athletes of 2009 in Forbes. Let me know how many boxers you see

I'M TELLING YOU... you guys look desperate defending Manny "no matter what" while the whole boxing world wonders if he is juicing or not... or he will test or not.... and while we waste time here posting back and forth... a small gesture from Manny could shut his critics and even make us believers... but he won't do it. He won't do it for Floyd and he won't do it for any other boxer... the needle excuse is as lame as people here suggesting Bob Arum would let go just like that of that money mountain... don't you think Arum asked Manny why he doesn't want to test closer to the fight for 40 MILLIONS DOLLARS???.... use logic here.. if you were Arum... wouldn't you sit with your fighter and tell him... "hey.. just do the stupid needle and let's get richer... I mean, if he do it we can do it too right?" I mean, that conversation had to happened at some point before declining the fight... and thennnnnnnnnnn nnnnn nnnnnn something that Manny said.... something big enough made the old man backs him up and say... "OK, no problem, let's not make those BIG millions, let's move to Clottey for less money"..... have you think about it??? Can you really visualize Bob Arum saying that???or going "Oh Manny, whatever you feel like is good enough with me... let's make less money son".... it is stupid to think Arum or any promoter feels that way in the portal of the biggest boxing fight ever.... just use your logic .... there is so many little details about this story and they don't favor Manny at all.... I'm a fan of clean boxing... are you??? At this point... don't you want badly Manny to just test and shut the critics??? don't you feel the pressure mounting up for a MERE TEST?????

A fighter that does not stop learning despite being on top of his career is a rare breed. Never in the history of boxing that a boxer like Pacquiao who move from one division to another in a short period of time has enabled to dominate his opponents with ease which is something spectacular. To the ordinary boxing champions, this is something that they cannot comprehend, they think otherwise.... Well, those accusations not only remains a figment of their imagination but rather a cause of envy for Pacquiao's achievement as a boxer.

OK, but now you're talkin from another point of view: the promotin' company's point of view, which is different from the athlete's. The obvious reason why I mention you're heart talkin' is cuz you're talkin' about Pacquiao's finance as if you know what's going on inside there. If the headlines say "This athlete eanred $12 Million" that doesn't mean the whole money goes into his pocket 100% (Much less as a Top Rank fighter). You're not a close associate of his (At least that I know of). You're not a friend of his, nor his employee, nor a family member. And look how interestin' it is, now you mention me: "So it's not my heart at all. It's my mind. and my eyes". How can they be your eyes and your mind (Especially your eyes) when you're don't know what's goin' on in his life for certain? Nobody, but him and the closest ones to him know. So yes, sayin' all the financial report you wrote about him XD!!!!!!! Is condescendin'. If he's havin' any problems he's not gonna say it to nobody. Like you say, image is important.

OMFL, are you now saying that you don't believe that Manny is not in a better position to dictate terms than Floyd. Floyd's financial problems are public record. There are still private liens and there was a huge IRS lien just satisfied. Manny is clearly making a fortune. Whether or not one or both of these men retire as 'made men' is another story. But today, Manny is the Money Man in boxing and one of the top men in all of sport. That may be very hard to digest but you need to learn how. It's a fact.

Anony, there's no desperation, except to get you to step up a notch mentally. There is no evidence that Pac has ever been dirty. The only person who made it an issue is Mayweather, who let his FIRST TIME IN HISTORY demand cost him 27 million dollars. Pac offered to submit to extremely rigorous testing, just not what HIS OPPONENT demanded. There is no reason for him to obey, and many reasons, all legit, for him not to. Including the fact that he makes that same money by taking the high road, fights, promotional contracts, and doesn't have to obey his opponent. Science, law, logic: there is no reason for Pac to give in to the demand of his opponent when he already goes beyond the standard of the sport, and millions of reasons why Mayweather should accept Pac's very, very high standard of proof. The only people in the world who questioned Pac are Mayweather and his fans. No one else, and Mayweather has reasons other than science and justice and boxing ethics. You fell for it. Some of us didn't, and to be honest, and I've never mentioned my creds here, I have advanced degrees in philosophy, ethics, and psychology. I think my way through these things to a degree I'm confident in, and I catch myself being wrong often, and I admit it and change my opinion. This one is crystal clear. You believe what you believe because you're gullible to the gossip and doubt-manipulations of a smart thug, who is doing what no CHAMPION in history has ever done: demanded of a smaller opponent that he isn't a chemically altered mutant before he dares to get in the ring. You fell for it, and you won't accept the simple logic and business psychology that explains why you fell for it, and why Pac isn't obeying his enemy. To SALT's credit, he has a point about DOUBT, and DOUBT and doubters cannot be disrespected, even though I come down on a different side of the argument than him. But DOUBT is not the same thing as believing that the absence of evidence equals evidence. That's just sad, just gullible, failure of logic and objectivity. I'm a fan of clean boxing. And clean thinking, and not being a b-tch who jumps at a dare, and careful looks at the facts.

Wait till Pacquiao is retired. You so called boxing fans are going to miss what excitement that little dude brought to the ring. Call it what you want, but that dude is total domination. What's clear as day and night is Mayweather's so called "clean the sport of boxing" crusade. It's clearly a strong excuse to get out of fighting the pound 4 pound fighter in the world. One things for sure, Mayweather has got to fight and beat the best, to be the best. Whether he thinks he's the best, the majority of boxing fans and the public opinion will always remind him who he is, and that's currently #2.

But Fe'ROZ what does Floyd's or Pacquiao's financial problems has to do with who dictate terms? Those are two completely different things! The one (In my understandin') thing that dictate terms is the one who makes more money, meanin' more PPV buys. That's how it always been done. And dude, you're talkin' as if he's surpassin' Floyd in fight earnings (I'm not talkin about their income, I'm talkin about how much money their fight make). Pacquiao-Cotto made1.25 Million and Floyd-Marquez made 1 Million. 200K the difference, that's not a "HUUUUUUGE" difference like you want to make it seem. Besides Pacquiao-Clottey vs Mosley-Mayweather will reset who will get the bigger purse in a potential fight in November and I'm leanin' towards Floyd vs Mosley will make much, much more money that Pacquiao with Clottey in my opinion. And you keep sayin' stuff like "That may be very hard to digest" I already told you I go for the FACTS, not for what's convenient for Floyd or anybody XD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..................And by the way: Pacquiao do NOT "holds the cards". That's another thing you wanna make look. You talk about him as if he was his own boss. We all know, includin' you, BOB ARUM is the one who holds the cards in Pacquiao's boxin' career. And if he had so many options then why he and Roach keep talkin' about Floyd? Last I heard, he shadowboxes with a picture of Floyd, that's what I heard Roach sayin'. So much for options, huh?

Maybe I'm not clear enough. When these negotiations started Manny is by all accounts quite rich. Floyd, having just settled with the IRS, nearly broke. That was to the best of our public understanding. So who has the better negotiating power. the Manny with the money and the most options to make it. My point is the same as Mortcola's. Why would Floyd risk that amount against a small man, who he claims has just impressed the unknowledgeable public by beating on some bums, walk away from fighting a far inferior fighter for money that he obviously needs. since you won't answer my question, I'll try it myself. Because he was uncertain as to whether he could actually beat Manny ... and thus threw up a road block to an opportunity that would have solved all of his immediate financial woes. Same reason he is now fighting Mosely!

Same stuff I keep sayin': the one who makes more money in their fights is the one who dictate terms. Let's put it in a much clear example: if you, Fe'ROZ fight Clottey and the fight made 600K PPV buys with a total of $56 Million in gross earnings (that is all the money the fight made in terms of PPVs, tickets, everything etc.) and I fight Mosley, and I make 1.9 Million PPV buys and a total of $126 Million. Let's say you and I negotiate a fight. It doesn't matter if you saved all your money and I threw away all mine and I'm broke, that does NOT determines who dictates terms. It's the numbers of our pasts fights that says who does dictate the terms. Personal finance does not determine who dictate terms. That's like mixin' professional with personal life. And about the answer to your question, not cannot be answered right now Fe'ROZ. You gave your answer now, but what if Floyd and Pacquiao fight in November? Nobody knows if they are to fight or not. The answer to that question will be given in time..................and please, now Mosley? C'mon, man! Mosley was regarded as one of his "boogeymen" Floyd was duckin' and now he's gonna fight him. And that fight, in my opinion, will make a lot. Mosley can beat Floyd, and I'm sure that's whatg everybody wants to see.

The answer you gave is just like the Floyd-Mosley thing happenin' now: you said Floyd is scared of Mosley, now Floyd will fight him. Now you say that Floyd "was uncertain as to whether he could actually beat Manny" and then fights Pacquiao. Another time that he proves you wrong. That cannot be answered............................XD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! listen, listen, I don't know about you, but I feel kinda weird talkin' about all this financial stuff, cuz it doesn't matter who wins what, that doesn't give you nothin', that doesn't give me nothin'. If Floyd ends up being the king of the hill in boxin' and earns $900 Zillion, or if I bump into him in the traffic lights askin' for a dollar that doesn't give me nothin', nor it takes nothin' away from me. Vice versa with you and Pacquiao. I'm gonna leave it here. The thing is Pacquiao should've taken the test, and he should've proven his cleanness into the sport NOW. Cuz it would be sad if he had used steroids and we find out about it 30 years from now when all it's done and said. So anyways, good debate Fe'Roz. Very great stuff. Until next time, dude! Peace! @Salt Lover, heres your fact why pac did not want to submit himself in a random test? although he agrees on 24days and after the fight blood test. First you have to understand the culture of the person involve. Floyd Mayweather glorify money but pacquiao on the other hand glorify god and will not gonna be dictated by anyone since he is a champion. Now you said it warrants suspicion because of his refusal to submit himself in random drug testing I dont know if you have been in the phil or have live with a filipino? it is in our culture to be a proud and god fearing people and we will not be dictated by anyone who has no right to dictate us. Actually if you really dig deep on the controversy you will see that pacquiao challenge mayweather to protest on the commision and even suggest that if the commission body will include this on their test then he will follow it but not with someone who has no right to bargain so much at him. Heck 27million USD was not even an issue here cause he is already reach and the likes of pacquiao who comes from poverty is contented already on what they have since his al most or billionaire already in the philippines. 12mil is equivalent of 576mil in pesos which can set you in life 10 times or more in phils. So you tell me is 27 million enough for you to swallow your pride to someone since you already have tons of it... geeezzz

@SALTlover. I like spice on my food to, but I think regular salt leaves me with too much iodine in my diet and I prefer a healthier choice of seasoned salt or sea salt. This seems to be a good flavorful combination on burgers, chicken, eggs, salads and potatoes. Your thought on this one man? OH! THAT'S RIGHT! WE'RE STILL TALKING ABOUT THE SAME CRAP IN HERE DAY AFTER DAY! LOL! Manny Pacquiao did face and beat good boxers Erik Morales, Juan Manuel Marquez and Oscar De La Hoya, but anyway... I think the sea salt is the best choice to go especially on pizza, but when I can't decide between the meat lovers or veggie I like a good "the works" or supreme because I think the sea salt brings out the flavor nicely. Ok, your thoughts on this?

Wow so much back and forth action here. Much better than the Pacquiao-Clottey fight. Everyone's speaking their own opinion. So here's mine and nobody can change it! Period!
1. I am deathly afraid of needles - I try to avoid it as much as possible. FACT: There are people who really are afraid.
2. I live comfortably and won't take any money offered that questions my reputation and dignity. There are other ways to make money. FACT: Other people are like me too.
3. I do not have to prove my innocence when I don't have to because deep inside I know I am innocent. Charge me in court and I will defend myself there. FACT: Other people are like me too.
4. I play by the rules. If there are rules I abide by it. If it changes, then I abide with the change. FACT: Other people are like me too.
5. If I think somebody's cheating then I ask for a level field. How? By changing the rules via a mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached then we don't play.
If there is a governing body, then we meet with that governing body to have everything settled.
6. If I am 100% sure you are cheating, I'll get evidences and have you charged.
Peace.

Why Pacquiao didn't accepted $40 Million with Floyd bout? Many ask this question. Actually its pretty simple. Here in the Philippines $10 million is already too much for you and your family to live a normal life for the rest of your life. So how much more with Pacquiao who already earned much much more than that. In short he doesn't need that much money anymore. Plus he has TV commercials and endorsements and businesses. Blood testing is just Floyd's way out of the fight because he knows Manny can beat him to pulp its as simple as that.

kudos to the writer.
at SALT...you can accuse PAC of PED using all you want but you will just end up unjustly and wrongly judging another person. I am a Filipino, I know why PAC didn't take the random drug test. He was ok with blood test but not very close to a fight. why? while it's true it weakens him, but most importantly he and his family are so superstitious because they are from Visayan descent. there is a high possibility that it is his mother that warns PAC of avoiding needles CLOSE to a fight and he is only heeding his mother's advice. he can do all the tattoeing in his body but he would care less as long as he's not fighting. I am not a Visayan but he is so I may not necessarily share the same belief. IF this needles would affect him physically and mentally, all the more he is bound to lose. we all know that it is his POWER which he primarily depends on to win fights and if he lose this, he doesn't stand a chance against a great tactician in Mayweather. If PAC loses the greatest fight of his life, he loses his legacy because of his own doing. this explains why he didn't wanna take chances. as he has said int he New York presser for Pacquiao-Clottey match, Mayweather has the edge physically because he's bigger so even if he subject himself to numerous blood test if won't affect him that much because he's big (therefore has more blood), and Paquiao is a smaller man whose fighting weight is more appropriate in the jr. welterweight division. you saw him replying to the interviews and he IS NOT LYING. i tell you Pacquiao is NOT a GOOD ACTOR. he didn't lie in the interview, but he lied when he was interviewed in the Philippines over an alleged affair with a female actress. that's because he is not good at lying nor is he good in acting.
as for the $40M, money is not as important to him as his repuration is to him. he's already a billionaire in the philippines with numerous businesses currently running. he only wants to maintain and ensure his legacy intact.

Let's us clarify this:PEDs or drugs do not make a great fighter like Pacquiao. Speed, skills, discipline, good team, superb training and above a clever and gifted mind make one great. Even if a boxer is full of PEDs but do not have these factors s/he cannot be great like Pacquiao. Mayweather and his cohorts mislead the public by using simplistic logic: PEDs can make great fighters like PAC. Science is multicausal in analysis, not unicausal. What makes PACMAN great and number 1 boxer is the result of the interplay of various factors and not just drugs or PEDs. Obviously, the mayweathers use PEDs as facade to hide their insecurity.

Turning down big offers is not new to Floyd. Remember his outright refusal to take $8M to fight Margarito? At that time $8M is unprecedented dusing a time when fighters just get $1M to $3M. Reason, he just didn't want. Conclusion therefore is he was scared. I doubt if Floyd knew then that Margarito was using loaded gloves.

@SALT lover. Does anyone have to state the obvious for you to know that Weatherveille's accusations doesn't hold anything of value? Manny Pacquiao has taken all the test required by any Athletic Commission he has fought in and has never failed! His only disagreement is to give in to the parameters set by them Mayweathers. Stop saying that he doesn't want to take the test cuz he does take them within the established requirements. Perhaps, you just need let go of some gray matters between that cranium and spare us the asinine situation of having to explain it very plainly. Or did anyone point this out already but you just refuse to accept them to keep your fantasies viable..?

I will ask u questions... 1st...why there is a need to have complicated blood testing?? 2nd..why floyd singld out manny (given the facts that he never askd his prev opponents)?? 3rd...wat is in random blood test that makes it better than urine / "hair" test?? 4th...name athletes or even 1..that WADA caught doping by using random blood test??
By answering that... let me answer ur question on why manny didnt want to take the test.... - first of all..manny is willing to be tested...by blood test, urine, or watsoever test... the only thing is...he didnt want to have the blood test so close to the fght.. why?? coz mentally hes weaken... so why wud manny do that and fght knowing that hes not 100% ready (mentally)?? that wud give floyd undue advantage.. just like as if floyd taking PED, having advantage over manny.. plus the fact that floyd is bigger than manny.. and as many said floyd depends on his boxing skills (great D & pot shots, ofcors running) while manny depends on his speed, power and not that great boxing skill.. so do u thnk its fair if manny will fight floyd with out one of his weapon??
salt lover...jas accept...every one of us is unique u cannot compare manny's reasoning to past great fghter on the matter of blood testing.. the same way, i cant blame u also for having such thots about manny... anyway, ur jas one of the few... it dosnt matter anyway...

Hell Man! You really think Floyd will survive those kind of punches that the Pacman unleashes on Joshua? Slick as he may seem, which is far off from the form he had when has was still at the lower weight, Floyd will not simply be able to avoid those... what?! 10 punch-combination with almost 70% of them power punches.. Once the fight is made, we'll talk. But at this point, i just don't how complicated that simple fact is that people don't understand it.
@ L.O.L - C'mon man! Never were any evidences of the juice you're talking about. Besides, Mosley, Vargas, Mayorga, Briggs, Floyd Jr., and many others (maybe even Oscar) were enhanced! But hell, did ANY OF THEM performed the way Manny does. Only (sorry to say the word, but it is what it is) Idiots, DULL people wont understand that there is no substances in this world that will help a boxer beat up the kind of opponents pacquiao demonlished.

The pacman is simply good at what he does period. But pacman is only human, he'll soon find an opponent that will finally stop him, that is if he doesn't stop fighthing soon and continue on with his boxing career. Even Manny admitted in an interview that fights for him are getting tougher and tougher and that boxing for him wasn't as easy as before. At the rate he is going at the welterweigths, he has been all amazing with all the wins but has been receiving heavier hits from bigger opponents. The wear and tear will surely catch him one day. There is no need for him to prove that he is clean of PEDs, as he had already proved that he is, every time he engaged a boxing contract, though not the way how Floyd wanted it. The commission is there to sanction the bouts and to prescribe the manner by which fighter are to be tested. They are presumably experts to what they do and their findings should be respected and given credence. If I were Manny I will never succomb to Floyd's unreasonable and discriminating conditions. I as have said already Manny is only human and soon he'll find his match or perhaps he won't be as lucky as he had claimed in his 's previous fights, if he takes the test mayweather's style then came out clean and lost to him, floyd's camp will surely milk this and declare that Manny can't win a welterweigth fight if he is clean. Though I am convince that this is highly unlikely to happen as I don't think Floyd could beat Manny at this point in time.

now, we call this professional jealousy. those who could not accept the fact that pacquiao has been achieving all these unimaginable feats resort to maligning him, discrediting him because they know, deep in their hearts, that they could not ever achieve those feats. accept it or not, pacquiao is one of the all-time greats, if not the greatest fighter of all time. Those seven-division titles he got would take loooonnng years to be duplicated. i really pity those jealous critics...pathetic.. tsk tsk!!!

Pacquiao's power is not because of steroids, proper training, diet and dedication did it. He eats well and never had problems about weight since moving up to jr welterweight and welterweight.
Losing weight diminishes a fighter's power, Pacman ain't got a problem with that.

PAQUIAO is now the real P4P, greatest figther in this era, iam truely convinced afetr watching the replay. In that fight only a legitimate middle wt the likes of Pavlik or calzage can KO the kingkong -Clotey, men look at the size of these two figther i can even imagine the Pacquiao is figthing the kingkong I thought when the first 1 started Kingkong will KO this little David and you can that Clotey has the power to KO pcaqoia but i was really amazed what he showed with this very small man. He can't unload punches because he know and he can feel the power of pctquaoi punches. If you tried boxing you can undestand what iam talking about. Iam not a fan of these two but men hes really amazing fighter. Hope there will be a great figther who will give a good figth against little paciqiao. To be honest i started to doubt if Floyd can KO paquiao the problem is he can be KO'd by this little man after what he showed against the KINGKONG

To all boxing fans. Lets just enjoy what pacman and floyd achieves.
Floyd admits using xylocaine and it is a PED. But NSAC allows xylocaine so let's not question what floyd is using. On the other hand nevada has its on rules and regulation why not obey them and fight. Certain rules are needed to be followed to conduct an even playing field. If they use the Olympic Style then i think they have to fight on the 2012 olympics im pretty sure philippines will get its first GOLD MEDAL. first time in history and again another achievement for the pacman
Lastly just enjoy what others achieve. floyd's achievement should not be compared to what pacman achieves they do have different styles. And they are winning.
Peace to all haters. Just watch boxing you can choose your boxer and if you lose better lucks next time.

I know I'm spinning my wheels here, like trying to get my two-year old to be reasonable. But even more than meeting commission requirements - he offered a MORE stringent alternative than the testing required by the commission - blood 14 days out and immediately after the fight, and random urine. I've been trying to get this through to the otherwise-smart and sane SALT, and the less smart and sane 'roiders. And while I respect his right to doubt, to consider all alternative explanations, the facts just don't support any actual suspicion of Pac. Occam's Razor, a philosophical principal that has been used as a main ingredient of science and logic for more than 600 years, says that as long as all the facts are taken into account, the simplest explanation with the FEWEST ASSUMPTIONS is probably the correct one. F-Lo, Fe'Roz, I, and others have laid out the simplest, clearest explanations, but fantasies win out because they're more, uhhh, stimulating. Reality is dull for some people. Like people who need to believe that Mary is winking at them from their tortilla, and consider it faith, when real faith doesn't need nonsense to support it; or any of a million conspiracy theories that are MORE COMPLICATED and harder to pull off than the truth. But SALT has been onto something lately when he talks about the need to DOUBT. Doubt is scientific and sensible. It takes a strong mind not to tip over from doubt into imaginary suspicion. Again, for the record: the only reason any of my imaginative TSS friends believe Pac is dirty is because Floyd suggested it, in order, clumsily, to make the public believe he took the high road, instead of the more sensible explanation that he's complicating the negotiations because he doesn't really want the fight. He has always complicated negotiations with one issue or another. With this one he lost credibility, as well as 27 million or more dollars, rather than do what every champion and club fighter in history have done: take the challenge and don't ask for special treatment, don't expect the world to revolve around him.
Wanna join the world of truth? Occam's Razor is a good start. Extra assumptions that don't explain things clearly and don't account for the facts are probably unnecessary and false. Pac is a clean fighter who grew into his weight, improved his skills with a great trainer, like many champs before him (most similar being Duran), and Mayweather yet again complicated a negotiation and played on public gullibility, this time in order to avoid a bigger challenge than he was comfortable facing. Floyd's own risk-reward system; that's just business in the land of Floyd's head. A tragedy and a waste that he doesn't have the hunger for challenge that the real greats had. With that hunger, he might actually be one of them.

Nice use of wikipedia! Not hard to find the facts other than "what gets past the tests?". Another fact you don't need wikipedia for is: There is no drug to improve punching technique, boxing knowledge, footwork, head movement. And since Pac always had serious power, the only thing that has really changed is his growing into his frame (still a small welter), and his seriously improved technique and ring knowledge. But maybe I can find me one of those "really smart for making money and impressing the ladies" pills......

One point only. You are all stupid thinking and acting as boxing experts with your own self-serving opinion. I'm a Filipino and it takes one to understand a fellow Filipino like Manny Pacquiao. It is our belief that our own World Boxing Champion and pound for pound king will never attempt to take illegal PEDs to enhance his skills in boxing. Pacquaio grew from the poorest of the poor places in the Philippines. All he had while growing up is courage and faith. Read his biography and decide for yourself if a self made rural boy will attempt to tarnish his name and honor by sipping even a drop of steroid to advance his boxing career. Don't be a crab in the pit digging your own graves while wallowing in the greatness of what has Pacquaio achieved.

Pacquiao is just a clean-living, clear-headed true champion. Anyone still pushing the steroid conspiracy is either a hater, an idiot or a loser taking potshots at his betters. Manny Pacquiao should not be made GUILTY BY SUSPICION. All the things Manny has grown leaps and bounds in -- speed, skills, angles, ring generalship, keeping his cool, fighting only his fight, communicating well with his trainer -- steroids have absolutely no impact on. Freddie Roach has said in multiple interviews than ninety percent of this game is mental and that's the gift that Manny has. There are no steroids or growth hormones that increase intellect or make a man cool and sensible under fire. Wouldn't it be nice if there were? Some of the more rabid characters here on TSS could benefit from them, no doubt.

To salt and everyone who is like him..i guess i may have an ethical and logical answer for your "wanting of facts"...but first, let me ask you a question...who is the P4P fighter today?the fighter of the year and the decade..?it's certainly not mayweather...it's pacman...now if you have a little brother challenging you in a game which he wants to dictate, and wants to go over board the rules(the Boxing assoc),will you give in to his demands, knowing you are the superior and the one following the rules...?is it ethical for you?it may be logical and surely will give facts...but facts here are not a big deal...it's the fighters ego or pride that's important here...(well you would know if you get me)...and i believe, pac accepted a blood test..with that being said...i guess..you're doubt should have been cleared...i've read a newspaper dated after the night of the "the event" bout, roach said," mayweather should not dictate or simply make the rules all he wants..etc.."(rephrased)...I'm not saying that pacman is 100% clean...i also doubted him when i heard he refused...but if you look into it...why would mayweather dictate the rules?why would he be the one demanding?as a matter of fact,he's the challenger...if you doubted why he(pacman) refused...well, look at the metaphor i stated a while ago..maybe this will help you a little bit in understanding "FACTUALLY" that refusal has a lot of reasons..it maybe what floyd fans think(pacman might be using illegal drugs) or what i think...(superior ego and pride)

MANNNNNN....... did you guys get some sleep last night or did you spend your AM hours in TSS universe jabbing all night??? (I like that analogy from Fe'Roz, yes we are keyboard jabbing here)... but the problem is as simple as one word... LEGACY... that mysterious word not necessarily tied to fame and money... legacy in boxing involves respect, humbleness, drama, cojones and THE HIGHER APPRECIATION FROM BOXING FANS... Let's see how it works... is Leonard, Haggler, Gomez, Ali and others Legacy in jeopardy right now???? has it been??? ... we have to agree the answer is no... and it's no because they don't have anything in their record who can stain them... But then, here we have a guy that is supposedly superior to them saying.... "I have done better than them exceeding any imaginable expectations in boxing and I have done it in a fair manner. People ask me to test but my answer is that I can't test 24 DAYS prior to the fight because needles debilitate me. In fact I prefer to loose millions of dollars and the chance to participate in the biggest boxing match ever if I have to test".... what do you think all of those past stars are thinking about Manny.... do you think they share your LIGHT impression about this matter???? Or Lotierzo's in this case???? Going back to Legacy.... how do you think Manny will score in the future if he doesn't shut the critics soon???? Most of the times fighters are willing to face whoever beat them in the past just to earn back their Legacy (Bernard and Roy Jones for example) and it doesn't look pretty to fight 12 rounds... But in this very special case we have a man who is not willing to fight a needle.... One more thought: Everyone knows Marijuana is one of the most "sticky" substances in your body... but it takes only three weeks to clear from your system.... Manny didn't want to comply to test only 14 days (10 less than Mayweather's asked for) before the fight. Now I ask you Fe'Roz and all of those Pacman lawyers here.... how long a needle really hurt in your system or in your muscle???? two or three days???? Oh come on... try 5 days the most... so how can this affect a "NORMAL" person like Manny???? Think about it.... can I finist saying use your logic???? again???? Pay attention to those little details and you will find out why we want Manny to test..... you guys should be demanding Manny to test.....

There's no logical or ethical justification for demanding that Manny take a higher standard of testing - even though his last offer was a higher standard of testing, and Floyd refused it. All your examples are products of imagination and coincidence. You really have nothing else. I can't explain it any better. As for legacy, I side with a boxing legacy that concerns boxing, the ethics of the ring, not gossip, innuendo, and bad thinking. Or homo-erotic symbolism, as Robert so neatly mentions, above.
PS - You advocate sticking a famous guy with hot needles. You believe in guilt by association, and submitting to authority. Prove to me you're not gay, communist, or a fascist flunkie. Prove it. Step up.

I really wished that manny took that test, so that he is not over shadowed by all this doubts.. I would never doubt that he's a clean liver..In fact people in the philippines are just laughing this out and thinking of this smear campaign as a proof of the americans being a sore loser, poor sportmanship. and I hate that cause Im American.. Seriously do you know of any Filipino athlete for any sport Pro or olympian or amatuer that has been in a PED scandal...NONE, cause this does not exist.. It's American athletes that's known for these acts..It's america who needs to change.. Why discriminate on an athlete from a 3rd world asian country just because he's Excelling on a sport that western civilization is suppose to dominate naturally?? Anyway people like ANONY and all haters and PAC critics out there will always discredit what they cannot understand..its the meaning of IGNORANCE.. they said it all Manny cant do this and that..Manny is scared to fight black fighters..then Manny spars with Porter and Forbes and beats Joshua Clottey.. even Murad said that.... My god they have all these ways to hate and they always eat their own toe sandwich in the end..So I have no doubt that manny will scrap and debunk these allegations aswell..I wont even mention the going up in weigh excuse because that is just pure waste of time...by the way this is one of my favorites, just want to share what the article said
Mayweather fans really showed
their true insanity during

you want to blame, Mayweather fans
proved their stupidity by simply
deciding that Manny must be on

GTFOuttaHere!!! but this paragraph from this article pretty much sums up what mayweather fans is all about...lol... I love this one....
You know that female friend who likes "bad boys", and always dates jerks? The guy could be a total piece of shit, and abuse her, but the girl just loves the swag and attitude. They get off on the fact that he's a jerk, and when he goes too far, he's forgiven. Mayweather fans are that chick. Mayweather will crap on fans by avoiding big fights, or putting on dull, tactical, performances, but they still come back to defend their "bad boy".
so true ...tsk tsk LOL
If Mayweather really had a simple request to "clean up the sport", we'd probably see the two legends fighting this Saturday. Instead, Floyd Sr, flat out accused Manny of being a user, and Mayweather's promoter, De La Hoya, implicitly accused Manny by saying his punches felt like doper, Fernando Vargas' punches. It was a f***ing smear campaign, and Manny didn't have to prove a thing. Only a straight up fool believes a person has to prove his innocence on a baseless allegation. Only a passive coward would submit in the face of derogatory allegations.
AMEN..
In the right terms , just watch Manny will take that bloodtest that everybody is quacking about.. but then after he does...... I wonder what they'll say next.. It's almost as exciting as the fight itself.. LOL .. I wish Manny was just an MMA fighter so that he wouldnt get disrespected like this.. If manny leaves the sport just watch who will be the topic?? Great article, but I'm sure a lot of Floyd suckers won't like it.
The thing is, Floyd always claim that he is the best and he said that Manny is just a one dimensional fighter and that he can just easily whip Pacquiao's behind. If this is the case, then why would he comes up with an issue that would derail the fight? If it is true that he is great and can easily beat Pacquiao, why not just sign the contract and let his fists prove what he said? With a smaller man? With a $40mil purse? Come on, it's so obvious.

This writer used common sense and logic in explaining the greatness of pacman, cannot say it about other pacman haters who try to raise suspicions without evidence because they can't fathom how this uneducated kid who can't even answer questions properly become so great. One thing about pacman, he may be dumb, naive and uneducated person with low I.Q. but when it comes to boxing I.Q., his is off the charts!!! As if he has a switch in his head that when its time to focus on boxing, he could just turn it on and forget about all the silly distractions around him!

From Pacman to Floyd:
"Hey Floyd. For $25M take a random pyscho test up to the fight. You look, act and speak like a nut to me. Plus with your drug-crazed Dad and A-meth-pumped Uncle Roger, it looks like it runs deep in your family. You won't take the test? Then you must be hiding something!!!
Hey I just want a fair-playing field. Who knows you might bite my ear or nose off during the fight. This test has not been done before? It's not required by the commission? I didn't ask it in my 50+ previous fights? Well, there's always a first time. And who cares. I just want it! So just take the effing psycho test if you have nothing to hide."
Sadly, that's the same logic you guys are using on Pacquiao. Think hard and don't be fooled.

If I were as good as Mayweather claims himself to be, for $40 million dollars I would agree to fight Pacquiao even if he's on xylocaine, HGH, MSG while wearing brass knuckles underneath his handwraps. LOL.

pac wants blood testing, he does not want floyd to mandate him. pure and simple. salt do u think floyd has the right and leverage to mandate the p4p? pac is the undisputed. he's lucky to fight pac. its not the other way around. pac is the undisputed, floyd is..well what has floyd got? a belt? a title? not even near.

Here goes again the P4P defenders. Dude, P4P is a mythical ranking. It's not an official one. And the one who mandates is the one who brings more money to the sport, in other words PPV numbers and total revenue in fights. If things were how you were sayin' it, then Floyd should mandate when he fought De la Hoya and it was De la Hoya who called the shots, even when Floyd was the #1 P4P at the time. Why? CUZ DE LA HOYA BROUGHT MORE MONEY TO THE SPORT. Plain and simple. Being P4P doesn't neccesary make you the shots caller. Learn that, dude. And besides, Floyd agreed to everythin' Pacquiao camp demanded: glove size, ring size, even the ridiculous $10 Million per pound Floyd goes ahead. Floyd agreed to them. All Floyd asked for were these random blood tests and Pacquiao said no. And finally, if Floyd didn't had nothin' to offer Pacquiao, like you say so much (Besides if he beats Mosley, Floyd has the Welterweight Crown) then why Pacquiao camp can't stop mentionin' Floyd's name? Pacquiao even shadow boxes with a picture of Floyd. Can't stop thinkin' about Floyd. Get your things straight. I'm outtie!

dude that title may be mythical but u keep on mentioning it. like shane is the number 2 p4p. if u dont believe in that why believe that sugar is number 2 p4p? and may still believes in that. i like shane and im rooting for him. i agree floyd is the best technical boxer ever, but wont u agree hes the most boring ever too? shane can beat him to the punch if and only shanes age wont affect his skills. for pac lets give the guy his due. he has fought the best. all his life he was consider the underdog, and now hes dominating the sports of boxing and u guys keep on hating him. before the ped issue u underrated the guy, now its ped issue. i hope shane beats the cr_p out of may so u guys could move on and see other skilled and decent boxers. i just dont get u guys, u keep on hatin. and in the end when the history is written ull be on the wrong side of history. much like hitler. hehe

so what makes floyd think he van demand and pac should agree is it because hes american? is that what u think? if ppv only the last time he fought ppv wars he did miserably against pac by 250,000. pacs the real face of boxing. now alot of attention has been drawn to boxing and alot of occassional fans are tuning in. boxing is now the IN sports because of his charisma. floyd had been boxing since when 10 yrs ago? but did he attracted new fans? i dont think so. and dude its floyd u cant sleep because of pac. and maybe u too. hahahaha! thats so pathetic dude. did u ever hear pac said anything against floyd? its floyd who ask for attention from pac much like maligna

You are talkin' with your heart and not your head; don't even know what the hell you sayin'. Tell me where I wrote, "Shane Mosley is #2 P4P"? You don't even know what you talkin' I NEVER said that. First of all Mosley's the #3 P4P, not 2. Stop puttin' and inventin' words and sentences I NEVER wrote. Second, I never said that and even if I said that, I never use the P4P rankings to say who calls the shots in negotiations. Third, it ain't about being American or no,t is about who makes more money to the sport, thus PPV numbers. You say 200K is "miserable"? That's a VERY little difference. If Floyd made 600K with Marquez and Pacquiao made 1.2 Million with Cotto, THEN you can say Floyd failed miserable, but 1 Million vs 1.2 Million, difference is not big, besides their first split in the March 13th proposal fight was 50/50 purse split. HOWEVER, let's see who's gonna fail miserably NOW in November. Pacquiao-Clottey did 700K, accordin' to reports. If that's True, you can bet Floyd and Mosley will surpass that BY A LOT! That is what calls the shots, is not who's fighter is borin' or who is not, is' not who's P4P and who's not. It's all about MONEY that says who calls the shots. That's how it always been. And if you're callin' Floyd "boring" than that explains it all: like the majority of the Pacquiao defenders you're NOT a boxing fan, you're a Pacquiao fan. There's a difference. Boxing is NEVER boring to me. I always enjoy all displays of skills in boxin'. Be it brawls or be it boxin' skills and defensive tactical fights. As simple as that. You have much to learn 'bout this sport, dude. See ya!!!

You Have To Take The Test To Be Called The Best
