Pacman Hangs With Action Hero Steven Seagal

HOLLYWOOD ACTION HERO STEVEN SEAGAL

VISITS WITH PACMAN!

HOLLYWOOD, CALIF (February 5, 2010) – STEVEN SEAGAL, one of Hollywood’s most popular box office action heroes and the star of A&E’s wildly-popular reality series Steven Seagal Lawman, was a dinner guest of seven-division world champion and three-time Fighter of the Year MANNY "Pacman" PACQUIAO earlier this week.  A 7th degree black belt and Aikido master, as well as an accomplished blues musician with two albums under his belt, Seagal and Pacquiao had plenty of common interests to discuss.

“We had a great time together. The time just flew by,” said Pacquiao. “We discussed the possibility of working together in movies and making joint concert appearances.  We also discovered that we share a bond in Asian philosophy and philanthropy.  I invited Steven to be with me at Jerry Jones’ Cowboys Stadium on March 13 when I defend my world welterweight title against Joshua Clottey and he accepted.”

Seagal, who has made over 20 motion pictures, grossing over $2 billion in worldwide box office receipts, has also been a fully commissioned deputy with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana for almost 20 years.  In addition to going out on patrol, Seagal is an expert marksman who has worked with their SWAT team and has instructed Jefferson Parish officers in firearms and hand-to-hand combat.  The debut episode of Steven Seagal Lawman attracted a record. 3.5 million viewers, making it A&E’s most-watched original series premiere.

El Maromero:  A movie together, damn that sounds weird. But they are both bada$$ dudes

#1 PacFan "Pacquiao by TKO in the 8th":  I've seen Manny's movies and I must say he's a terrible actor. Or could it be the Philippines that just don't produce good action movies. Stick to what you're best at and that's boxing.

The Saint:  I find it interesting that Hollywood tough guys like Steven Seagal and Mickey Rourke are awed by Pacquiao. The thing is, these actors take their tough guy image seriously and have lived most of their lives trying to uphold that image. They are genuine tough guys and I think they are humbled by Pacquiao's humble demeanor outside the ring more than they are mesmerized by Pacquiao's ferocity in the ring. It's like they can't believe a man so vicious in the ring could be so approachable and so down to earth without any trace of machismo. Pacquiao puts them to shame, so to speak, and they want to know what makes Pacquiao tick.

Frank Z:  steven seagal looks like he's getting up there in the scales, might want to dabble into the workouts with manny.

brownsugar:  Steve must be approaching his mid 60's by now,.. still putting out direct to video action flicks.. although he uses more stunt men these days to pull of the illusion...in fact he has something on the shelf at Blockbuster that just came out this week... Segal is a true die-hard...
Friday Feb 5, 2010 05:48:05 PM
zetajeans:  Making a movie with Filipino icon is a brilliant idea, not wierd. Remember Pacman is considered as the best fighter coming from Asia and happens to be in the Philippines. And the fact that Asia is the largest continent in the world, hell yah it will definitely be a blockbuster movie. more $$$$$$$ coming on both pockets... I'll be the first person on the line to watching their movie... sounds very interesting.

Suzette:  I am proud to be a Pacman fan. It's great to hear that Steve Seagal visited Pacman in his LA apartment. I am sure the movie is gonna be a blockbuster in Asia. Great business proposal.

Pacman Best Fighter of the Decade:  Jealousy and envy is the number one illness that couldn't be cured by any physician in the whole world. Pacman is brainy that's why he has a big head if that's what you think so. Have you met him in person or just in pics? Maybe you have a bigger head but brainless.

Isaiah:  I think Seagel really ran out of ideas in the last couple of years. See where I'm at the Family Video is big and (for some reason it's called Family Video and has a porn section in the back... I'm like, what kind of families we talking about? LOL! Anyway...) Seagel had a new realase out a few months ago that was something like he was some ninja master dude fighting vampires. I was like, WTF Seagel?! You got to step your game up! Seriously, Steve is hanging around the Pacman hoping some of that sweet success will rub off on him. I tell you what. If they make a movie together, we can call it " Undersiege Again!" The main villian can be a Floyd Mayweather look alike who they take turns beating senseless.

Isaiah:  Hey TSS universe. I got really bored so I put my Mayweather hate aside for a little while and went back and objectevly watched the Floyd Mayweather/Oscar De La Hoya fight again on Youtube since there's nothing else to do right now. I thought just guessing the first time I watched it I would score it for Mayweather 115-113, but I wasn't really scoring rounds as the fight was putting me to sleep. After going back again and somehow staying awake fully through it again and paying huge attention to every detail of each round, this is how I scored it. Mayweather for M. De La Hoya for D. Round 1. M-10, D-9. Round 2. M-9, D-10. Round 3. M-9, D-10. Round 4. M-9, D-10. Round 5. M-9, D-10. Round 6, M-9, D-10. Round 7. M-10. D-10. Round 8. M-10, D-9. Round 9. M-10. D-9. Round 10. M-10, D-9. Round 11. M-10, D-9. Round 12. M-10. D-9. 115-114 for Mayweather. Big whoop. Anyway, if anyone gets to ever talk to Mayweather in person and he starts saying how he whooped Oscar De La Hoya, you can say how much of a liar he is. This is not Mayweather hate scoring this. This is the truth and it's kind of funny.
Saturday Feb 6, 2010 05:34:40 AM
El Maromero@ Isaiah:  Floyd hurt Oscar a few times in that fight you can see Oscars knees buckle. I guess that Floyd didn't have intentions to try and finish Oscar. He was way to cautious but was hitting Oscar with clean hits in the second half. I wanted Oscar to win but his stamina didn't let him compete for 12rounds

PAC MAN IS ON ROIDS:  WOW! PAC MAN IS BRAINY, THAT'S WHY HE HAS A BIG HEAD? HE SHOULD KNOW WHAT STEROIDS ARE...LOOK AT THE SIZE OF HIS HEAD!!

dp69:  Lmao!!.........uuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!! My bad Seagal has no brains...LMAO..uuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmm...holla back!!
Saturday Feb 6, 2010 10:23:04 AM
dino da vinci@isaiah:  Always have had a world of respect for men who have the moxie to show how they score round-by-round of a fight. Usually, they prefer to give you how they scored it as a total. And why not? You can be wrong a lot and still be close that way. It takes a little courage this way. Now, when I get a moment, I'm going to watch the same fight and I'll offer my opinion. I only remember that I had Floyd winning. Great poster.

Sunday Feb 7, 2010 12:33:10 AM
Manuel Barras, Manila, Phils:  Pac Man will be on "60 Minutes," you pitiful-a$$ haters. CBS and "60 Minutes" will be all up in the Wild Card Gym getting footage on Manny. Who's getting footage on Mayweather in Las Vegas? Hopefully the cops. He ain't nothing but a b*tch criminal and a fraud. Like Radam G says, "It's Pac Man TiME! From the TIME Magazine to the television magazine "60 Minutes." That whacked belief of Roger Mayweather about "A side Meth" is going to be reported too. What is wrong with TSS? This Mayweather racist site is the only site that won't report negative news about Mayweathers, even when it is true. I wish that Shane Mosley could knock him out.

Manuel Barras, Manila Phils:  Pac Man will be at the White House soon "you pitful-a$$ haters. We worship Pac Man! Pac Man is the God. Who's your god haters? TSS what's wrong? I need to go pray at Pac Man.

Angie And Goody...23 Years Later
Twenty three years later after they seconded Marvin Hagler and Ray Leonard in Las Vegas, Goody Petronelli and Angelo Dundee crossed paths again. This time, it was at Foxwoods. Photo/friend of TSS "The Iceman" John Scully reports there were only pleasantries exchanged. Goody didn't debate the split decision victory enjoyed by Leonard, which to this day Hagler disputes.
